The training comes to you

For anyone who feels out of place in a gym, is careful after an injury or has no time for the commute.

01

At your home

Living room, hallway, staircase: that's all it takes. For balance training that has an advantage: we practise on the stairs, the rug edges and in the bathroom, where falls happen.

02

Building gym or office

Many apartment complexes and companies in Vienna have a gym that sits empty. I bring the know-how, you bring the key. At the office it also works in your lunch break.

03

Outdoors

Donauinsel, Donaupark, Prater Hauptallee, Türkenschanzpark, Stadtpark or Alte Donau, depending on where you live. Uneven ground, benches, stairs and railings are good balance equipment. In bad weather we move to your place.

I train in every district, from the Innere Stadt to Floridsdorf and Donaustadt.

Questions about personal training in Vienna

What does a personal trainer in Vienna cost?

In Vienna, personal training usually costs €80 to €150 per session, home visits often with a surcharge. With me a session is €100, the 10-pack €900, with no surcharge for home visits or outdoor sessions. Travel within Vienna is included, the first consultation is free. All details are on the prices page.

When are you in Vienna?

I commute regularly between Tyrol and Vienna, without a fixed weekday. We plan the sessions together, often several in one Vienna week. In between you train with your home programme, with a short video call if needed.

No studio in Vienna: is that a drawback?

For balance, fall prevention and your back it's an advantage: we train where you live. For strength training I bring bands and a kettlebell. If you need machines, we use your building's gym.

What happens when it rains or in winter?

Then we train at your home. In winter, with ice and darkness, balance training matters most. That's exactly when the free programmes in the park pause.

Do you train in English?

Yes. Sessions, plans and video calls work in English too. I've taught internationally at parkour events and work in English every day as a software developer. If you're new to Vienna, I can also recommend English-speaking physiotherapy.

Can I book training for my parents?

Yes. What matters is that your mother or father wants it too. We find that out at the free first consultation at their home. If you like, you get the numbers after every re-measurement: balance, standing up from a chair, walking speed.
